Can I Bring an Assistance Animal to the TLT Summit?

Assistance animals are welcome at the conference venue, provided they are appropriately trained to support individuals with disabilities. Animals that serve only as emotional support may not be permitted. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring an assistance animal.

Can a Companion Attend the TLT Summit for Free?

Individuals with disabilities can request an additional ticket for a companion who will support them during the event. To obtain this ticket, please contact the organizers.

The TLT Summit takes place at the Musical Theatre in Gdynia, which provides:

Does the TLT Summit Offer Live Captions or Sign Language Interpretation?

  • Live Captions: Selected sessions will feature simultaneous translations. Additionally, our Conlea App includes simultaneous translation functionality.

  • Sign Language Interpretation: Please submit your request for a sign language interpreter in advance so we can arrange appropriate services.

Will There Be Flashing Lights at the TLT Summit?

The conference may use visual effects, including flashing lights. If you are sensitive to such effects, please let us know so we can guide you to safe areas.

Are There Designated Seats for Wheelchair Users?

All conference stages offer designated seating areas for individuals using wheelchairs. These seats are allocated on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Please reach out to our staff if you need assistance finding a seat.

Can I Charge Medical Devices at the TLT Summit?
