During the ITMT conference, Piotr Voelkel wanted to give us two main thoughts, which were about mastering fear and openness. It is worth remembering that the key to development is mastering fear. On the other hand, any baggage brings difficulties, but we need to get acquainted with them and shake them off.

Executive Pass
Executive Pass offered access to a dedicated program created for C-level executives and senior IT managers. The agenda included exclusive sessions in the Executive Zone, in-depth conversations about responsibility, values and purpose in leadership, as well as discussions focused on long-term energy, health and conscious career decisions.
Participants could also take part in closed Executive Round Tables, curated networking sessions and Executive Dinners — designed to create space for meaningful dialogue, experience exchange and building trusted relationships at the highest level.
The 10th edition of IT Manager of Tomorrow officially kicked off with an intensive Gear-Up Workshops Day at Olivia Centre in Gdańsk. The day was fully dedicated to hands-on work, meaningful conversations and the exchange of real-life experiences among IT managers.
The workshops covered a wide spectrum of practical topics — from data and design thinking, through improvisation techniques, to conscious career management. Gear-Up Day set the tone for the days ahead, focusing on learning through practice and collaboration.
