At the IT Manager of Tomorrow Event, we’re committed to reducing our environmental impact. By shifting from traditional paper-based schedules to the Conlea App, we’re cutting down on paper waste and helping to protect our forests. Less printed material means fewer trees lost, contributing to a more sustainable future. We’ve also developed a dedicated app, where all event information is easily available in one place – from schedules and speaker bios to networking opportunities – ensuring a seamless and eco-friendly experience.

Why are we doing this?

In a world where we talk every day about scaling, efficiency, and delivery, it is easy to forget that behind every technology there are real people — with their own stories, challenges, and needs.

That is exactly why the Conlea Foundation supports The Great Little Car Expedition for Children. It is a project that reminds us, in a very simple way, that impact does not end with business.

For us, it is a natural extension of what we do every day — building a community of IT leaders who not only share knowledge, but also take responsibility for something greater.

What will happen during IT Manager of Tomorrow 2026?

This year, once again, we are combining the conference with charitable initiatives — but this time in an even more intentional way. So that every participant can find their own way to get involved.

The central point will be a charity auction organized together with Rafał Sonik Foundation Stars4Stars , which — just like last year — will take place live on June 24, 2026 during the ITMT Awards gala.

The auction will feature experiences you simply cannot buy: meetings with leaders, mentoring sessions, behind-the-scenes access to companies, sports activities, and automotive experiences. These are unique and deeply personal moments.

Jednym z najbardziej charakterystycznych elementów tej współpracy jest Maluch Conlea, który w 2026 roku znów będzie z nami. To symbol czegoś, co wydarza się między ludźmi. Wspólnego działania, które zaczyna się od pomysłu, a kończy realnym wsparciem dla innych.

Maluch ponownie pojawi się zarówno na konferencji, jak i na trasie wyprawy. Będzie można go zobaczyć, sfotografować, ale też… stać się częścią tej historii — m.in. poprzez udział w aukcji.

What is The Great Little Car Expedition for Children?

This is an initiative that continues to grow year after year. In 2025, participants of the expedition raised more than PLN 5 million to support children injured in road accidents. The funds were allocated to rehabilitation, psychological support, and educational initiatives for children affected by traffic accidents.

Behind these numbers, however, are real stories — both of the beneficiaries and of the participants themselves, for whom taking part in the expedition often becomes an experience that changes the way they think about business and collaboration.

Where leaders act together, change happens faster

Wojciech Wolny – CEO of Euvic got into a little Fiat during The Great Little Car Expedition for Children… and never really got out.

He experienced not only the excitement of the journey, but also a true sense of community. He saw that when leaders join forces, they can do more than move faster — they can change people’s lives.

Today, he says it openly: it was one of the best decisions he has made in recent years.

Because it is not only about emotions on the road. It is about acting together. About the IT community being able to unite — around values, around purpose, around people.

The Conlea Foundation was created out of a need to take action — not only to support the development of IT leaders’ competencies, but also to strengthen community, relationships, and responsible leadership.
