We encourage you to choose more environmentally conscious means of transportation! You can find some helpful resources (including train times from main cities in Poland and info on where to park)  here.

The main conference venue is the Danuta Baduszkowa Musical Theatre in Gdynia (Plac Grunwaldzki 1).

-SKM / Gdynia Główna railway station – approximately a 15–20 minute walk.

-Gdynia Centrum bus and trolleybus stops – approximately a 5-minute walk.

-By car – public parking facilities are available nearby, including parking areas at Riviera Shopping Centre and the Gdynia Film Centre.

-Taxi / Uber / Bolt – use Danuta Baduszkowa Musical Theatre, Plac Grunwaldzki 1, Gdynia as your destination.

Please allow extra travel time during the morning peak hours.

Smart casual will do just fine - we want you to be comfortable! Remember to bring a rain jacket as the seaside weather can be a little unpredictable at times. 

Yes. Sessions taking place on the Main Stage, New Stage, and Warsaw Stage will be translated live by AI.

You can access the interpretation through the conference app. To use the service, you will need your own smartphone and headphones.

Yes, we provide lunch (23–25.06) as well as coffee breaks when you'll be able to grab a small treat. Vegan, vegetarian and meat options will be available.

You can pick up your lunch from one of the pop-up restaurants at the TLT Town catering area on Grunwaldzki Square (adjacent to the Musical Theatre). In the conference app you will find a voucher (one per day) which you'll be able to exchange for a meal at your chosen restaurant point.

Yes, conference Wi-Fi will be available on-site. You’ll find the network name and password clearly displayed at the venue to help you connect easily.

Most of the talks at the TLT Summit are delivered in Polish. However, selected workshops and sessions will also be available in English. Simultaneous translation is planned to ensure all participants can fully engage with the content, regardless of language.

The conference was formerly known as IT Manager of Tomorrow (ITMT). On June 1, 2026, we officially announced the rebranding to TLT – Technology Leaders of Tomorrow.

The new name better reflects our community and mission: bringing together technology leaders who shape the future beyond technology itself. The event, its spirit, format, and community remain exactly the same – just under a new name.
