Carbon-conscious by design
Sustainability is built into how we plan TLT Summit - from digital-first tickets and materials to partnering with eco-conscious venues and suppliers in Gdynia. Every choice is a step toward a smaller footprint for our community of IT leaders.
Inspiring climate action in Technology
At Conlea, we strive to motivate ourselves and others to adopt more sustainable lifestyles and align our work with climate change solutions. As part of this effort, at the IT Manager of Tomorrow 2024, we hosted a keynote titled "IT Responsibility in the Era of Climate Change: Challenges, Opportunities, and Sustainable Practices" led by Kamil Wyszkowski, the Representative and Executive Director of UN Global Compact Network Poland. This insightful session encouraged IT leaders to explore how they can contribute to climate action through sustainable practices and responsible leadership in their organizations.
Eco-friendly branding
Sustainability is reflected in every aspect of the conference. Our branding materials are produced locally in Poland, using fully recycled materials. Additionally, we reuse branding elements from previous events, ensuring we minimize waste and reduce our environmental impact. Promoting green travel
We actively encourage attendees to choose eco-friendly transportation options, such as buses, trains, or bikes, to reduce the carbon footprint associated with travel to the event. By collectively making sustainable travel choices, we contribute to a greener conference experience. We made special site for it
Collaborating with NGOs
At TLT Summit, we collaborate with impactful organizations like DKMS, Rafał Brzozka Foundation or Wielka Wyprawa Maluchów dla Dzieci in our dedicated NGO zone, offering attendees a chance to engage directly with these causes. This partnership, based on a barter agreement, highlights our commitment to making the conference a platform for social good.
Charity auction for a cause
Each year, TLT Summit hosts a charity auction where attendees can bid on exclusive items, with 100% of the proceeds going to a selected foundation. Empowering Dreams: A Record-Breaking TLT Summit Auction. In 2025, the TLT Summit auction achieved a remarkable success, raising over PLN 400,000! All proceeds were donated to Wielka Wyprawa Maluchów, DKMS and the Rafał Brzoska Foundation, supporting their important causes.
Conlea foundation for IT Leadership equality
At Conlea, we’re committed to fostering equality and inclusivity within the IT leadership community. Through the Conlea Foundation, we support initiatives aimed at promoting equal opportunities for all IT leaders, regardless of gender or background. Our foundation focuses on building a strong, diverse community of leaders by providing resources, mentorship, and creating a platform for sharing best practices to drive continuous growth and inclusivity in the IT industry

As part of our commitment to promoting equal opportunities and fostering the next generation of IT leaders, we offer a special pool of free tickets for students. These tickets provide aspiring IT professionals with the chance to attend TLT Summit, gain valuable insights, and connect with industry leaders – helping to bridge the gap and support their professional development.

At TLT Summit, we’re committed to reducing our environmental impact. By shifting from traditional paper-based schedules to the Conlea App, we’re cutting down on paper waste and helping to protect our forests. Less printed material means fewer trees lost, contributing to a more sustainable future. We’ve also developed a dedicated app, where all event information is easily available in one place – from schedules and speaker bios to networking opportunities – ensuring a seamless and eco-friendly experience.
