Key Points of the 2025 Plan
My Path to Success and the Mistakes I’ve Made
The key to success is constantly adapting to changing market conditions and growing the business in line with established priorities—and people are what make all of this possible.
Key Events of the 2024 Agenda
What is the 13th lesson in leadership?
“The fish rots from the head down,” said Eliza Stasińska during the 9th edition of IT Manager of Tomorrow. If your team is “struggling” in any way, first and foremost ask yourself: what could you, as a leader, have done differently?
Key Points of the Program
2024
Piotr Voelkel
During the ITMT conference, Piotr Voelkel wanted to share two main ideas with us: overcoming fear and openness. It’s worth remembering that the key to growth is overcoming fear. On the other hand, every challenge comes with its own set of difficulties, but you have to get used to them and shake them off.
Key Events of the 2024 Agenda
Ubuntu - CIO of Tomorrow
Alec Joannou emphasized how taking responsibility and leveraging our superpowers in interpersonal relationships can contribute to career growth. Surrounding ourselves with the right, supportive people contributes to our success, and employee satisfaction translates into customer satisfaction. His message about setting a vision, seizing opportunities, and remaining humble is thought-provoking.
Key Points of the 2025 Program
Executive Pass
The Executive Pass provided access to a dedicated program designed for senior executives and senior IT managers. The program included exclusive sessions in the Executive Zone, in-depth conversations on responsibility, values, and purpose in leadership, as well as discussions focused on long-term energy, health, and mindful career decisions.
Participants could also take part in closed-door Executive Round Tables, curated networking sessions, and Executive Dinners—all designed to create a space for constructive dialogue, the exchange of experiences, and the building of trusted relationships at the highest level.

Gear-Up Workshop Day
The 10th edition of IT Manager of Tomorrow officially kicked off with an intensive Gear-Up Workshops Day at the Olivia Center in Gdańsk. The day was entirely devoted to hands-on work, constructive discussions, and the exchange of experiences among IT managers.
The workshops covered a wide range of practical topics—from data and design thinking, through improvisation techniques, to conscious career management. Gear-Up Day set the tone for the days ahead, focusing on learning through practice and collaboration.
We would like to thank our partners for the day, SPEEDNET and Sii Polska, for helping to create this strong start and for supporting ITMT’s journey from the very beginning.

Speakers Who Inspired Attendees at the TLT Summit
Business, technology, science, and public administration leaders took the stage at Technology Leader of Tomorrow 2026 to share their experiences in building organizations, leading transformations, and implementing innovations. Special guests included Aleksander Kwaśniewski, who spoke with Dorota Wellman about leadership and accountability for decisions made, and Zofia Dzik, who shared her perspective on the future of technology, business, and humanity. The program was complemented by presentations from practitioners who shape the development of their organizations and the entire technology industry on a daily basis.

The Finals of the TLT Awards 2026
The Technology Leader of Tomorrow competition recognizes outstanding technology leaders responsible for driving transformation within their companies. This year, once again, an independent jury selected the best leader in Poland. The final presentations are held annually on stage at the TLT conference. The competition finals were hosted by Marcin Prokop.

2026 Charity Auction at TLT Community Night
The charity auction held during Technology Leader of Tomorrow 2026 once again demonstrated that the community of technology leaders can combine business with real impact. Participants bid on unique experiences, meetings, and items, supporting initiatives that provide aid where it is most needed.
All funds raised during the auction were donated through the BFI Cares Association to provide psychological support for children from families under the care of MOPS Gdynia and to support the Great Little Ones’ Expedition for Children 2026. As part of the latter initiative, we also joined the expedition ourselves—Conlea Maluch took part in the journey.
This initiative demonstrated how commitment, collaboration, and shared values within the tech community can translate into a real, meaningful impact.

Why Did "IT Manager of Tomorrow" Become "Technology Leader of Tomorrow"?
Technology Leader of Tomorrow 2026 was the first edition of the conference under its new name. This reflects the evolving role of technology leaders, who today help shape business strategy, drive innovation, and set the direction for their organizations’ growth.
“Technology Leader of Tomorrow” better reflects this change, while continuing to build on the community and values cultivated for over a decade under the “IT Manager of Tomorrow” brand.

Executive Zone—a place for leaders who make strategic decisions.
The Executive Zone brought together leaders responsible for shaping the direction of technology development within their organizations. Intimate meetings, discussions, and expert sessions created a space to discuss challenges that cannot be covered in a 30-minute presentation, as well as to build relationships with people facing similar decisions.

Networking that lasts longer than the conference.
Networking events were an integral part of Technology Leader of Tomorrow 2026. From the Welcome Cocktail and Executive Dinner, through Community Night and evening events, to group tours of Gdynia and a galleon cruise—participants had many opportunities to talk, share experiences, and build relationships in a less formal atmosphere. It was precisely outside the conference rooms that new connections, partnerships, and inspiration for further collaboration were forged.

Gamification That Brings the Community Together
During Technology Leader of Tomorrow 2026, participants had the opportunity to take part in a conference gamification experience by completing tasks, earning points, and discovering new activities available in the event app. It was an opportunity to get to know the conference better, make new connections, and compete for attractive prizes—and, at the same time, to become even more involved in the TLT community.

There are many advantages to this conference, starting with the wonderful location in Gdynia - an open and friendly city - through inspiring speeches, to countless opportunities for making new connections and gaining inspiration.
I came away from the conference not only with new ideas but also with a concrete list of actions. It is also one of the few conferences where such a friendly atmosphere conducive to networking is so well maintained. The Conlea team knows how to organize conferences. Thanks and congratulations!

Alongside the #WarsawDBSHub Team, we had another amazing event on our schedule back in June 2024. The IT Manager of Tomorrow Conference in Gdynia was a wonderful opportunity to connect and learn from hundreds of IT professionals. It was great to be there, and we look forward to returning in the coming years!

ITMT conference was an exceptional event! I had the opportunity to meet many inspiring people, gain valuable knowledge, and had a great time at the same time. One of the highlights was the charity auction for the Rafal Brzoska Foundation with amazing prizes, organized by Conlea. It was a fantastic experience to be part of an initiative supporting the development of managers, teams and the entire Polish IT industry. Thank you all for an unforgettable experience and working together for a good cause. I am looking forward to the next ITMT conference!
